What do you get when two financial gurus with a love for Louisiana food and culture settle down in Colleyville, Texas? A spectacular culinary experience that brings the flavor of Cajun Country all the way to the DFW suburbs.
When Houma, Louisiana native Phil Tullis and accountant Deborah McDaniel moved to Colleyville, they noticed that, while there were folks from Louisiana everywhere, there was no authentic Cajun cuisine anywhere.
The Cajun Market Cafe was created to fix that oversight.
We provide delicious, home-cooked Cajun specialties using Phil's Maw Maw's original recipes, fresh, wild-caught and boiled seafood, and Cajun specialty meats brought in from Cajun Country -- plus groceries, tips, tricks, and knowledge to help you bring the full Cajun experience home for your own friends and family to enjoy.
Serving authentically seasoned and prepared Cajun favorites: Seafood Gumbo, Chicken-Sausage Gumbo, Crawfish Etouffee, Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, Poboys served on authentic New Orleans Gambino's French Bread, boiled (Crawfish, Blue Crabs, Shrimp, Crab Legs) seafood, fried seafood (Shrimp, Oyster, Catfish, Soft Shell Crab) platters, live Crawfish and Blue Crab, Boudin, Boudin balls, Boudin rollups, Natchitoches meat pies, crawfish pies, Cajun seasoned and stuffed specialty meats, plus some of everyone's favorite Louisiana seasonings and similar products.
